About us

History

The idea of creating a business center arose in 2017. Starting from 2018, the idea turned into a goal and finally, becoming a reality, the construction works of the UNICORN business center began. The business center started its operation on May 1, 2022 and has 1700 square meters total area, from which rental area is 1100 square meters.

The name is derived from the term 'UNICORN' coined in 2013 by Eileen Lynn, founder of THE COWBOY VENTURES. The building stands out for its unique architectural and design solutions. The part of the city chosen for the construction of the building is also noteworthy. It was built in one of the busiest parts of the city and quite close to the main roads.
